Classes & Insight Groups
Classes & Discovery Groups are unique opportunities for you to engage in material together and share personal stories with a small cohort. With focus areas about identity, authenticity, resilience, complexity, vulnerability, empathy, emotional intelligence, creativity, and critical reflection, you will have the opportunity to dig deeper into your own understanding and notice growth happen.
Classes are self-directed and for folks who prefer independent, asynchronous learning. You can take classes at any time and move through the lessons at your own pace. You can connect to other folks in your class or class alumni through the NorthFeather Institute portal, and you will have access to all class and lesson content.
Insight Groups are a hybrid model with both independent, asynchronous learning and live group-Zoom sessions. You can choose to come to all or none of the live sessions, but you have access to all of them in real-time. There is a set start and end date for all Development groups and folks move through the corresponding class as a cohort.
